The smart medical KIOSK solution is a project within the Project "Developing data applications on population, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period 2022 - 2025, vision to 2030" (Project 06). The system is developed between 2 units: HDBank and RAR Center - under C06 of the Ministry of Public Security .
After a period of survey and installation, the smart medical KIOSK at Vinh Linh Regional General Hospital has been officially put into operation with a frequency of 40 medical examination and treatment registrations/day.

With the smart medical KIOSK, people coming to Vinh Linh Regional General Hospital for medical examination and treatment can experience registering for medical examination using a chip-embedded CCCD, a level 2 VNeID account and simultaneously pay hospital fees by convenient QR code scanning, through the Medipay HDBank self-service KIOSK.
At the same time, KIOSK also integrates the VneID electronic health book, creates data, and connects directly to the Vietnam Social Security system to support doctors in quickly retrieving information, tracking comprehensive patient medical history, thereby providing accurate diagnoses and optimal treatment plans for patients.
In the context of people's increasing demand for health care, the implementation of a medical examination and treatment model using smart medical KIOSK is of great significance in promoting digital transformation in the health sector and improving patient satisfaction.
