In the first 6 months of the year, the armed forces of An Phu district strictly carried out the task of combat readiness; grasped the situation; strictly managed combat works and defense land in the area. Developed and fully implemented directives and plans for combat readiness, rescue, protection of holidays, Tet, and important political events of the country and locality; coordinated well between military forces, police, border guards, and units of the province. Advised the District Party Committee and the District People's Committee to perform well in defense foreign affairs; maintained solidarity and friendship with the Cambodian government and armed forces, coordinated to promptly handle many incidents, maintained border stability, and cooperated for mutual development.
