Attending the conference at the Provincial Party Committee bridge were comrades: Ma The Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Tran Quang Minh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission; Hau Minh Loi, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; comrades of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, Chairmen and Vice Chairmen of Inspection Commissions of branches and Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee.
The conference was held live and connected to 3,446 locations nationwide.
Comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Inspection Commission, chaired the conference.
Speaking at the opening of the conference, comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission, emphasized: The Central Inspection Commission always attaches importance to personnel work and considers this a key task when carrying out the Party's inspection and supervision work. The two-level local government apparatus has officially come into operation since July 1, 2025. The inspection, supervision work and legal regulations of the State need to be changed to ensure the operation of the two-level government apparatus, especially the regulations on decentralization and delegation of authority for inspection, supervision and Party discipline work need to be changed to meet the requirements of the tasks in the new situation.
The Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission requested that the comrades attending the training course promote a spirit of initiative and responsibility, focus on carefully studying the topics, actively exchange, discuss, share viewpoints and thoughts, thereby unifying the perception of new regulations and requirements of inspection and supervision tasks in the new situation.

At the training conference, delegates were informed of Regulation 296 of the Central Executive Committee on the inspection, supervision and discipline work of the Party; Instruction No. 08 of the Secretariat implementing a number of contents of Regulation No. 296-QDTW and instructions of the Central Inspection Commission on personnel work of Inspection Commissions at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; structure, number, age of members of Inspection Commissions at the grassroots level and at the grassroots level of the Party Committees of Central Party agencies, the Government Party Committee, the National Assembly Party Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee and central mass organizations for the 2025-2030 term...
The training course took place over one day, helping to raise awareness, consolidate and supplement skills, expertise, professionalism, and experience in handling situations arising in the performance of tasks for the team of cadres working in inspection and supervision, especially at the grassroots level; contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of inspection, supervision, and Party discipline enforcement, and best preparing conditions for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
