On the first day of operation, as of 3:00 p.m. on July 1, the Buon Ma Thuot Ward Public Administration Service Center (Dak Lak) received 27 applications submitted by citizens in the following fields: Civil status, economic infrastructure and urban, culture-society.

Along with the whole country, July 1 is the first day that the two-level government in Dak Lak province officially came into operation, marking a historic turning point in the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus , operating effectively, efficiently, effectively, and closer to the people, serving the people and businesses better.

With careful preparation and synchronous participation from officials to people, on the very first day of official operation, all 102 communes and wards in Dak Lak province operated smoothly and seamlessly.

Through the pilot operation, communes and wards have gained experience and discussed with the software supplier to perfect the features to ensure smooth and effective official operation from July 1.

On the first day of official operation of the two-level government in Dak Lak province, Nhan Dan Newspaper reporters were present in Buon Ma Thuot ward, the ward with the largest population among 102 communes and wards of the province, and witnessed the working atmosphere of officials and specialists at the ward's Public Administration Service Center, which was extremely urgent, serious, responsible, and dedicated to serving and resolving administrative procedures for organizations and citizens.

Buon Ma Thuot Ward was established on the basis of merging the entire area and population of the wards: Thanh Cong, Tan Tien, Tan Thanh, Tu An, Tan Loi and Cu Ebur commune of Buon Ma Thuot city (old). Buon Ma Thuot Ward has a natural area of ​​nearly 72km2 , with a population of more than 169,000 people. This is the commune-level locality with the largest population in Dak Lak province, much higher than the remaining localities.
