On August 27, the A80 Preliminary Review Ceremony will take place at 8:00 p.m. the same day, but since the night of August 26, many people have been present on the streets, drenched in the rain with the desire to follow the footsteps of this heroic historical event.

Since early this morning (August 27), despite the heavy rain, many people still gathered on Hung Vuong, Tran Phu, and Nguyen Thai Hoc streets to find a good spot to watch the A80 preliminary rehearsal ceremony that will take place at 8:00 p.m. the same day. Through the feedback from the people, Hanoi City Police discovered the situation of arranging chairs and spreading tarpaulins to reserve seats, with rental prices ranging from 20,000 to 100,000 VND/chair.

Faced with the above situation, the Hanoi Police Department has directed forces to quickly take action. The units have conducted patrols, propaganda, reminders and resolutely handled the situation; at the same time, requested an end to the situation of "reserving seats" for the purpose of personal gain.
At 11:00 a.m. on August 27, the O Cho Dua Ward Police and the Mobile Police Department discovered and handed over to the Ba Dinh Ward Police to make a record of the act of "arranging chairs to reserve seats" to watch the parade on the sidewalk on Nguyen Thai Hoc Street - next to the wall of Xanh Pon Hospital to make a profit. The violator was Mr. Nguyen Van Dong (born in 1981, residing in an alley on Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, Dien Bien , Ba Dinh, Hanoi). Mr. Dong rented chairs for 20,000 VND/chair x 10 chairs. The working group of the O Cho Dua Ward Police and the Mobile Police Department took Mr. Dong to hand over to the Ba Dinh Ward Police to make a record of the case.
Hanoi City Police will continue to patrol, control, promptly detect and strictly handle acts of taking advantage of the event for "profiteering".
