Speaking at the program launch ceremony, Colonel Tran Hong Minh, Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Police, said that cyberspace has become an indispensable part of social life. It brings about outstanding development opportunities, but at the same time, it also poses extremely complex non-traditional security challenges, where high-tech criminals operate with increasingly sophisticated and cunning tricks. In particular, students, with their dynamism, creativity and desire to connect, are also the target group that cybercriminals focus on attacking.

Financial fraud, identity theft, and other negative behaviors are threatening the safety of students every day and every hour. Given this situation, equipping the younger generation with digital defense knowledge and skills is not only an urgent need but also a responsibility of the whole society.
“The program series “Tour 360 - Safe schools in the digital age” was born to concretize that responsibility.

“Tour 360” needs to become a “festival” of legal knowledge and digital skills, providing effective defense tools. Schools integrate cybersecurity content into their curriculum and extracurricular activities, building a learning environment where every student is a wise and responsible “digital citizen”.
Major Dang Van Thang, representative of the City Police Youth Union, shared: “The series of programs “Tour 360 - Safe Schools in the Digital Age” is a very meaningful initiative, demonstrating the pioneering and volunteering spirit of the City Police Youth Union in accompanying mass organizations to build a solid “digital shield”, protecting young generations from risks in cyberspace”.

The program series "Tour 360 - Safe School in the Digital Age" has many activities such as: Infographic exhibition, introduction of digital products such as vigilance handbook and online minigame, screening of propaganda video "Be alert to high-tech crime", situational musical "Online kidnapping", discussion with officers of the City Police, psychologists, KOLs, at the same time exchanging questions and sharing real-life situations and minigame "Phishing code - Protect yourself".
On this occasion, the units signed and launched “Team 360”. The program is expected to be implemented from August to December 2025 at high schools, universities, academies and colleges in the city.
