Among them, many people were tired, fainted, had low blood pressure, were injured, had hypocalcemia... and were taken to the emergency tents of the Military Medical Force and the People's Public Security Medical Force , and some serious cases had to be transferred to the hospital.

According to the Hanoi Police Hospital, since yesterday afternoon, the hospital's medical tents at Hanoi Railway Station and Doi Can - Lieu Giai Street have received first aid from people who went to watch the parade. Typically, two cases due to lining up early to watch the parade on the Lieu Giai - Van Cao Street, by the afternoon they were tired, had difficulty breathing, and had hypocalcemia and were taken to the medical tent. Doctors injected calcium and mixed calcium infusions for the patients. After resting, the two patients' health stabilized and they were able to go home.

Major Vuong Tu Oanh, Deputy Head of the General Planning and Medical Equipment Department, Hanoi City Police Hospital, said that yesterday afternoon, an elderly woman had a stroke. At that time, the road was closed and people lined up along the sidewalk on Lieu Giai Street. Her family went to the medical tent to ask for help from doctors and nurses. After measuring her blood pressure at the medical tent, doctors helped take her to Hospital 354 for examination and treatment.

By the end of the event, 2 medical tents of the City Police Hospital had provided first aid to 36 people, most of whom had headaches, hunger, fatigue, dizziness, shortness of breath, hypoglycemia, hypotension, digestive disorders, skin wounds, hand burns... In particular, 5 people with high blood pressure had to be treated in the tent, including 2 cases (1 elderly person) who had to use blood pressure lowering drugs, sedatives, and monitor.
The medical tent at Hanoi Railway Station also received a case of a soldier in the parade who was tired, had difficulty breathing, and was dehydrated. Doctors applied cool compresses, administered oxygen, and monitored the patient. After stabilizing, the soldier was taken to the medical tent at Thong Nhat Park for further monitoring.

According to Dr. Chu Duc Thanh, in charge of the emergency tent at the 19-8 Hospital in Ba Dinh Square, during the preliminary review last night, the tent received 19 people for emergency treatment. Among them were 2 soldiers of the Army's Male Officers' Bloc and 1 soldier of the Mobile Police Bloc who suffered from headaches and ankle injuries.
17 people entered the first aid tent mainly suffering from headaches, stomachaches, digestive disorders, dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, hypoglycemia, colds...
At the medical tent of the People's Police Academy, 13 cases of people were admitted for first aid, mainly hypocalcemia, hypertension, fatigue, dizziness, and shortness of breath. Many people lined up early to watch the parade, some of them had underlying hypertension, and due to standing outside for a long time, they had a hypertensive crisis. After first aid, the patient was transferred to a higher level for treatment; 1 person with fatigue, dizziness, and shortness of breath was also transferred to the Hanoi City Police Hospital.

According to the report of the Medical Team of the People's Police Academy, there were 2 people waiting to watch the parade on Kim Ma Street who were tired and had a fever. The doctor examined and treated them, and after they were stable, they were able to go home. The hospital also received a case of a foreigner with acute gastritis. After being stabilized, the patient was able to go home.
According to the Mobile Police Command, during the preliminary review last night, the health of the soldiers was almost completely guaranteed, only 1 soldier from the Male Peacekeeping Officers Block was dizzy and tired, and rested at the Hanoi Railway Station medical post. After a few minutes of rest, the soldier stabilized and returned to his unit.
The medical tents of the Military Medical Department (Ministry of National Defense) also received 60 cases for first aid, including 57 civilians and 3 soldiers in the parade.

Two medical tents of the Traditional Medicine Hospital of the Ministry of Public Security at Thong Nhat Park and Quan Ngua Sports Palace received 14 first aid cases, including 2 soldiers who had health problems while on duty and 12 civilians. Due to standing in the rain for a long time since morning, 10 civilians suffered from hypoglycemia and fainted and were treated by doctors on the spot.

In particular, a patient who went to watch the parade on the Lieu Giai - Van Cao route had pain in the left kidney and was taken to the medical tent. After initial first aid, the patient was transferred to Hospital 354; a case of fainting of unknown cause was transferred to Bach Mai Hospital.
According to the Department of Health (Ministry of Public Security), medical work during the preliminary rehearsal last night ensured safety for the parade forces, delegates and people.
