“Autumn Symphony” celebrates the 2/9 holiday

A special art program called “Autumn Symphony” was directed by the Department of Political Work, Ministry of Public Security, and performed by Ho Guom Theater on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day, September 2.

On August 28, information from the Organizing Committee said that the program "Autumn Symphony" will officially take place on the evening of August 31 at Ho Guom Theater. In the program, each performance will be a vivid story, opening up a sound picture that is both heroic and majestic, passionate, affectionate and imbued with deep humanity.

During the program, the audience had the opportunity to enjoy many works about love for the homeland, expressing national pride such as "We are proud to go up, oh Vietnam" (Poetry: Hoang Trung Thong, Music: Chu Minh), "Spring returns to the Da K'rong River" (To Hai) and "Do you hear the sound of a new day" (Nguyen An)... Many works depict the indomitable spirit of generations of soldiers who devoted their youth to the independence and freedom of the Fatherland such as "That soldier" (Hoang Van), "The road of the century that you traveled" (Duc Trinh), "Not afraid of any enemy" (Nguyen Ba Hung), "The flag" (Ta Quang Thang)...

Multi-talented singer Dao To Loan will return to the show.

Singer Pham Thu Ha will perform in the program "Autumn Symphony".

With “Autumn Symphony”, the audience will also be immersed in famous melodies of world classical music through the violin of People's Artist Bui Cong Duy with Concerto for Violin No. 5 in A major (III. Rondo) by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Symphony No. 9 “From the New World” in E minor by Antonín Dvořák.

The program is directed by Major General, People's Artist Nguyen Cong Bay, Deputy Director of the Department of Political Work, Director of Ho Guom Theater. People's Artist Bui Cong Duy; Mr. Tran Hai Dang are artistic directors. Conductor Tran Nhat Minh conducts the orchestra. Performing in the program are People's Artist Bui Cong Duy, Pham Thu Ha, Dao To Loan, Dao Mac, Truong Thi Thu Ha and the Hanoi Symphony Orchestra.
