Nowadays, using filtered water for direct drinking is no longer strange. However, many Vietnamese families are still loyal to the habit of using boiled water that has been cooled.

The biggest obstacle to this habit is the waiting time for the water to cool, and the water source must also be safe enough before being boiled. Storing boiled water to cool also raises some safety issues, including the risk of burns to children.

The 100G RO membrane has the ability to automatically flush, effectively removing bacteria, viruses and heavy metals. Xiaomi pays special attention to family safety.

The entire water supply system is BPA and silicone free, meeting safety standards for mothers and babies. The 1.2 liter purified water tank is also sterilized by UV rays, and is completely separated from the 4 liter raw water tank and the 1.8 liter waste water tank to prevent cross-contamination.

The device also supports NFC, allowing users to use the included tag to attach to the designated cup to get water according to pre-programmed capacity and temperature settings with just one touch. In addition, users can remotely control the device via the Mijia app to monitor real-time or adjust the temperature precisely by 1°C.

Interacting with the machine is also very intuitive. The front of the machine has a 5-inch color screen that displays full information from temperature, water level to filter core status.

Thanks to the dual-layer noise reduction design, Xiaomi's new purifier operates very quietly with a noise level of only 51.1 dB(A), while the estimated daily operating cost is only about 2kW of electricity/day.

The product's name is inspired by the Asian habit of drinking boiled and cooled water, popular in China as well as Vietnam. The device is currently available for pre-order at 2,699 yuan (about 9.8 million VND) and will officially go on sale from July 15.
