At the conference, the Department of Culture and Society of Tam Hung commune approved the plan to organize the activity "Repaying gratitude", emphasizing the important meaning of the work of showing gratitude to those who have contributed to the revolution. This is a political task and the duty and morality of every citizen.

Accordingly, the commune promotes propaganda about revolutionary traditions, policies and preferential policies of the Party and State for people with meritorious services, associated with propaganda to celebrate the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day. Propaganda is carried out in a variety of ways: loudspeaker system, website, commune fanpage, banners, slogans, billboards, thematic activities, cultural exchanges, propaganda reports, etc.
Also at the conference, Tam Hung commune launched a movement to contribute to the "Repaying gratitude" Fund. The commune People's Committee called on all cadres, civil servants, employees, workers, enterprises, cooperatives, households and benefactors to actively support the fund. The mobilization level is flexible for each subject, in which cadres and civil servants contribute at least one day's salary, small traders 30,000 VND, and enterprises from 2 million VND or more.
