Chairman of City People's Committee Long Xuyen Tran Minh Duc (Head of the Preparatory Committee of My Thoi Ward) informed: “The preparation work for the trial operation process was directed by Long Xuyen City to be implemented methodically and drastically in all aspects. Specifically, 100% of the leadership positions, mobilization, and arrangement of cadres, civil servants, and public employees were completed in the right person, right job, ensuring smooth operation from the beginning. The handover, inventory, and digitization of records and documents were carried out fully, in accordance with the process, and completed no later than June 20. The collection of seals was carried out simultaneously for the new administrative units and the collection of old seals was completed in accordance with regulations by the end of office hours on June 20. The arrangement of headquarters and working conditions of the 4 new administrative units have been arranged in terms of facilities to ensure adequate working space and readiness for operation. To ensure the highest objectivity and efficiency in the trial operation, the comrades in the Provincial Party Standing Committee divided into many working groups to directly survey the actual situation and supervise the trial operation in the localities. "I saw that the staff worked very professionally, the rooms were spacious and clean.
