Da Nang Youth supports the operation of two-level government

Today, July 7, the Central Youth Union organized a launching ceremony for the "Youth volunteers to support the operation of the 2-level local government model and provide online public services at the grassroots level" simultaneously in 3,321 communes, wards, and special zones across the country.

In Da Nang city, the Da Nang Youth Union deployed the team in all 94 commune-level administrative units in the city. The launching location was the Hoa Xuan Ward Public Administration Service Center.

In the context of Da Nang city and the whole country operating a two-level local government from July 1, the youth force will participate in supporting officials and civil servants of commune, ward and special zone governments to perform a number of basic administrative tasks, in accordance with regulations and the capacity of youth volunteers, including: entering data into the system, arranging and digitizing administrative records, reviewing data catalogs to serve the implementation of digital government...

In addition, the youth volunteer force will be on duty or take turns at the Public Administration Service Center or administrative document reception points at commune, ward, and special zone levels to support people, businesses,educational institutions, and mass organizations in accessing and effectively using online public services...

According to Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, cum Secretary of the Da Nang City Youth Union Le Cong Hung, the above program promotes the pioneering role of youth and students in supporting the grassroots government in implementing the two-level administrative model and digital transformation; aiming to support officials, civil servants and people to access and effectively use online public services and digital platforms. At the same time, it creates an environment for training and dedication for young people; contributing to building digital government and digital society from the grassroots.
