The groundbreaking ceremony of the project to renovate and embellish the national historical relic of Grandstand B of Bac Giang Stadium is an event within the series of activities to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Uncle Ho's visit and direction of the first Ha Bac Provincial Party Congress (October 17, 1963 - October 17, 2023) of Bac Giang province.

The main items of Grandstand B of Bac Giang Stadium will be renovated, embellished and upgraded such as: Uncle Ho's relief with the People, the stage, gate, flagpole, grandstand, stone inscription (stone stele), yard, fence, trees, grass, fence, interior of the exhibition house... The total estimated cost is about 15 billion VND sponsored by T&T Group.

National relic stand B (formerly stand A), Bac Giang stadium was built between 1958-1960, is a place to mark historical events and preserve profound memories of Uncle Ho for the Party Committee and people of Bac Giang province.

During his visits and work in the locality in 1961 and 1963, Uncle Ho met and talked with officials and many people of Bac Giang province and Ha Bac province in the past at Grandstand A. With that great significance, on June 21, 1993, the Ministry of Culture and Information (now the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) decided to rank the historical relic of Grandstand B (old Grandstand A) of Bac Giang Stadium as a national relic.

Over time, the project has deteriorated. In 2009, although the People's Committee of Bac Giang City invested funds to renovate and embellish the relic on a small scale, there were still many limitations, not consistent and not worthy of a national relic, especially the project associated with President Ho Chi Minh's visits and work in Bac Giang.

According to Mr. Nguyen Tat Thang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of T&T Group, as the investor and financial sponsor for the restoration and embellishment of the national historical relic Grandstand B of Bac Giang Stadium, T&T Group is honored to accompany and contribute with the locality in the work of preserving and promoting the value of this important and meaningful tangible cultural heritage.

The project will also be a "red address" of Bac Giang province to propagate and educate historical and cultural traditions as well as provide information about the profound memories of President Ho Chi Minh with the Party Committee and people of Bac Giang province.

“We are committed to focusing resources and human resources to renovate, embellish and upgrade the project to ensure safety and quality, completing the project on schedule to celebrate the 134th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2024),” Mr. Nguyen Tat Thang emphasized at the project groundbreaking ceremony.

Not only contributing to the preservation and conservation of Bac Giang's cultural heritage, T&T Group also makes significant contributions to the economic, cultural and social development of the locality in general.

In September 2022, Hanoi - T&T Sports Joint Stock Company (a member of T&T Group) inaugurated the Bac Giang Youth Football Training Center at Bac Giang Stadium, aiming to discover, train and develop young football talents of Bac Giang province and the northern provinces.
