The training course aims to equip and update the necessary knowledge and skills on state administrative management for civil servants, meeting the requirements of rank standards and better serving professional work in agencies and units. This is a practical activity contributing to improving the quality of cadres and civil servants in the current period, meeting the requirements of administrative reform and building a professional, effective and efficient government.
There were 75 students participating in the 68th training course for civil servants at the specialist level and equivalent; and 88 students participating in the 23rd training course for civil servants at the senior specialist level and equivalent.
During the course, students are equipped with a system of fundamental and necessary knowledge about the legal state, public management, state management in social fields, e- government , public service - civil servants, public ethics. In addition, students are also trained in skills such as: job analysis, planning, situation analysis and explanation, and working skills in a multicultural environment.
In addition to theoretical content, the course also organizes practical activities to help students effectively apply knowledge to practical work, improve organizational capacity, and carry out political tasks at agencies and units.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, comrade Nguyen Thi Hai Ha, Vice Principal in charge of To Hieu Political School, emphasized that improving the quality and effectiveness of training and fostering cadres, civil servants and public employees to meet the requirements of job positions, building a team of leaders at all levels who meet professional requirements, are solid in their profession, and have the capacity to organize and execute public duties is very necessary, especially in the current period when implementing the apparatus arrangement, merging into provinces, and implementing a two-level government. She suggested that students need to correctly identify their motivation for learning, learn to raise awareness and update new knowledge to serve their practical work; promote a sense of responsibility, self-awareness, arrange time to attend all courses, strictly implement the school's regulations and rules, proactively study documents and knowledge provided to apply and implement, and cultivate more operational skills for themselves from practical work.
Vice Principal in charge of the Political School To Hieu requested lecturers to regularly and promptly review and supplement the latest regulations, documents and knowledge into lectures, especially in the current period, when documents are increasingly updated and highly topical; innovate teaching methods, increase discussions with students, link theory with practice; evaluate students' learning outcomes seriously, objectively and accurately.
