With a methodical, drastic and creative approach, by June 13, Yen Bai had completed the construction and repair of 2,208 houses under the Project to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses by 2025, reaching the target nearly 80 days ahead of schedule. The total budget mobilized to implement the Project reached nearly 363 billion VND, 3 times higher than the estimated budget for implementing the Project. This is also a particularly outstanding achievement to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee (June 30, 1945 - June 30, 2025).

The new, spacious and well-furnished house of Mr. Ly A Vang's family in Pu Nhu - Hang Sung village, La Pan Tan commune has just been completed. Previously, his old house was dilapidated and dilapidated. Now, the whole family of 5 lives in a new, spacious and well-furnished house. Under the sturdy corrugated iron roof, his children have a corner to study and sleep peacefully. Mr. Vang confided: "Due to difficult circumstances, I did not have money to build a house. Today, I am very happy and pleased because the State supported my family with 60 million VND to build a new house. Without the State's support, I do not know when my family would have been able to build a house. I would like to thank the Party, the State and all levels of government."

The new house of more than 110 square meters is also a great joy for Mr. Do Ngoc The - a near-poor household in Ban Co village, Hong Ca commune, Tran Yen district. Since February 2025, thanks to the support of 60 million VND from the Housing Support Project for poor and near-poor households in Yen Bai province in the period of 2023 - 2025, plus 100 square meters of floor tiles from the District Fatherland Front Committee, his dream of "settling down" has come true. Each house is a testament to the deep concern of Yen Bai province in supporting the construction of houses for people with revolutionary contributions and relatives of martyrs, supporting the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses for poor and near-poor households, helping families have a solid roof to build their lives. The project 's completion ahead of schedule is due to Yen Bai having many effective, creative and flexible solutions and methods.

The province has issued specific plans and policies for implementation. The province has also mobilized the participation of Party committees and authorities at all levels, the strength of the entire political system and the people in implementing support for house building; integrated and flexibly and effectively used resources from national target programs and socialized sources to implement the Project; and promptly allocated funds to localities according to the progress of house building.

Along with that, the province has proactively advanced funding from the provincial budget to provide for localities to implement the Project. Up to now, 100% of houses have been provided with sufficient funding for repair and renovation. Localities have been proactive and flexible in making provisional funding to provide timely funding to households. In particular, the province has actively and proactively mobilized support resources from provinces, ministries, branches, corporations, and enterprises; contributions from members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, heads of departments, branches, unions, and civil servants.

Secretary of Mu Cang Chai District Party Committee - Giang A Cau shared: "The district has established a steering committee at the district and commune levels; established 14 teams to review and identify housing support needs; communes and towns have actively and simultaneously started building houses from February to May. The district steering committee has assigned staff to directly assess the current housing status as well as family circumstances, from which solutions have been found to assign agencies, units, and organizations to "sponsor" and support human and material resources for families; calling for the spirit of "mutual love and support" in each citizen, accompanying from the start of construction to the handover so that no one is left behind, no household is alone in the journey of building a warm home".
