Thu Duc City: Additional admission to grade 6 for three advanced and integrated secondary schools

On the afternoon of June 27, the Department of Education and Training of Thu Duc City announced additional enrollment for grade 6 at Tran Quoc Toan 1 Secondary School, Binh Tho Secondary School and Hoa Lu Secondary School (Thu Duc City) for the 2025-2026 school year.

Accordingly, based on the actual admission situation, the additional admission score of Tran Quoc Toan 1 Secondary School is 53.15 points; Hoa Lu Secondary School is 50.40 points and Binh Tho Secondary School is 45.75 points.

The conditions for participating in additional enrollment are that students are actually residing in Thu Duc City, have participated in the enrollment survey for grade 6 of Tran Quoc Toan 1 Secondary School, Binh Tho Secondary School and Hoa Lu Secondary School for the 2025-2026 school year and have no survey scores of 0.

The admission score is the total score of the 6th grade entrance exam.

The time for receiving additional admission applications is from 8:00 a.m. on June 28 to 5:00 p.m. on June 30. After the above time, if students do not submit their admission applications, the above schools will remove their names from the admission list.

Previously, on May 29, the Department of Education and Training of Thu Duc City announced the admission scores for the 6th grade entrance exam of 3 advanced and integrated secondary schools in the area: Tran Quoc Toan 1 Secondary School, Hoa Lu Secondary School and Binh Tho Secondary School.

Accordingly, the admission score to grade 6 at Tran Quoc Toan 1 Secondary School is 54.9 points.

Similarly, Hoa Lu Secondary School has a standard admission score of 51.1 points and Binh Tho Secondary School has a standard admission score of 46.15 points.

This year, more than 3,500 5th graders participated in the 6th grade entrance exam for the 2025-2026 school year at 3 advanced and integrated secondary schools in Thu Duc City: Tran Quoc Toan 1 Secondary School, Hoa Lu Secondary School and Binh Tho Secondary School.

In the 2025-2026 school year, the enrollment target for grade 6 of Hoa Lu Secondary School is 245 students, of Tran Quoc Toan 1 Secondary School is 315 students and of Binh Tho Secondary School is 280 students.

Students who are not admitted to advanced and integrated secondary schools will be assigned to public secondary schools in the area.
