The fixed blood donation point is located on the 2nd floor, Building B, Department of Hematology and Blood Transfusion, Provincial General Hospital. The fixed blood donation point aims to overcome the shortage of blood in emergency and patient treatment at hospitals in the province. In addition, pre-donation examination and testing will help voluntary blood donors detect early risks of disease, contributing to improving the effectiveness of health care for the people.
At the same time, it contributes to promoting communication work, mobilizing people to participate in voluntary blood donation, increasing the amount of blood for emergency and treatment at hospitals.

At the launching ceremony, the Blood Donation Program “Saturday White Blouse Pink Drops Tuyen Quang ” was also organized, with the participation of more than 100 officers, doctors, medical staff of the Provincial General Hospital, agencies, units and people in the province. At the end, the Organizing Committee received nearly 100 units of blood.
