BHG - In recent days, the news that Ha Giang Newspaper has stopped publishing has made me and the Border Guard soldiers who stay at the border of the Fatherland day and night feel sad. For us, Ha Giang Newspaper is not only an information publication, but also a companion, indispensable in life at the border.
Major Nguyen Xuan Minh, Political Department, Provincial Border Guard Command |
As a contributor to Ha Giang Newspaper for over 10 years, I recall the early days of sending news and articles, the overwhelming joy when articles and stories about the simple, meaningful lives of my compatriots and comrades in the border areas were published; the feeling of pride when seeing my name appear on the newspaper page - those are memories that will forever be engraved in my heart and Ha Giang Newspaper has become a bridge, helping me convey the breath of the mountains and forests, of the silent soldiers to readers near and far. Each news and article published is not only a recognition of my efforts, but also a great source of encouragement, fueling my enthusiasm to continue to contribute. Ha Giang Newspaper is not only a place for me to send my thoughts and observations about life, but also a "big school" where I can learn from experienced editors, hone my writing skills and, most of all, gain a deeper understanding of the responsibilities of a journalist.
Goodbye Ha Giang Newspaper, my dear friend; thank you for the years and months of companionship that have brought me and my teammates so many emotions and knowledge. Although the name Ha Giang Newspaper is no longer published, I believe that the core values of journalism and the passion for information will continue. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the Editorial Board, reporters, editors and all staff of Ha Giang Newspaper - those who have silently contributed, overcoming all difficulties to bring readers quality publications.
