From July 1, nearly 1.5 million cadres and civil servants in communes, wards, and provinces across the country will enter a completely new working phase: The two-level local government model will officially operate synchronously. Among many new regulations, the virtual assistant for civil servants (CBCC) will help answer questions about decentralization, delegation, and division of authority between the Government and two-level governments. Accordingly, the system can be used anytime, anywhere - on computers, phones, tablets - and is always ready to support 24/7.

This is a product developed by Viettel Data Services and Artificial Intelligence Center (Viettel AI) under the direction of the Government, in coordination with the National Digital Transformation Agency, Ministry of Science and Technology .

Users just need to type a question to CBCC Virtual Assistant and the system will provide an immediate answer. CBCC Virtual Assistant will not ask users to interpret themselves but will directly answer the question correctly, with specific reference to regulations, according to the work context.

CBCC virtual assistant provides focused answers with citations of relevant legal documents.

CBCC virtual assistant provides focused answers with citations of relevant legal documents.

For example, if you want to find information about the commune level's responsibilities in managing vaccinations locally, using search engines will yield nearly 2 million results with different contents, without a clear and accurate answer according to legal regulations. Meanwhile, the CBCC Virtual Assistant provides answers that are focused with citations of relevant legal documents.

In the coming time, the CBCC Virtual Assistant will continue to be updated with new legal documents, including instructions on implementing administrative procedures at the local level, operational processes for each task and target. In addition, the system will expand its support capabilities for questions related to internal management documents of agencies and units as well as support for looking up data and reporting targets.

Not only stopping at the Q&A function, the CBCC Virtual Assistant is also oriented to become an open platform for the e-administrative ecosystem. This is the first step in the roadmap to build a smart, transparent and effective digital public service, contributing to improving the quality of service for people and businesses.
