The exhibition introduces 70 works by professional and non-professional artists nationwide, selected from the propaganda painting contest to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory organized by the Department of Grassroots Culture.
Through language, images and colors, the works convey the message about the significance and great historical significance of the Dien Bien Phu Victory. At the same time, they affirm the correct leadership of the Party, President Ho Chi Minh and the spirit of great national unity. Therebyeducating the tradition of patriotism, national pride, and strengthening the people's trust in the leadership of the Party and State in the cause of innovation and development.
After the exhibition, the propaganda paintings will be received by Dien Bien province to continue spreading the Dien Bien Phu spirit to the people, especially the young generation; encouraging cadres, people and armed forces of the province to continue to strive to compete and achieve many new feats.
On this occasion, the Department of Grassroots Culture awarded 1 collective and 2 individuals with outstanding achievements in organizing the exhibition.
