The summary report and opinions at the conference affirmed that in the first 6 months of 2025, all sectors, levels, focal points and units in the entire army have thoroughly grasped and strictly implemented the Resolution of the Central Military Commission and the 2025 Logistics and Technical Work Order of the Minister of National Defense. Proactively overcoming difficulties, focusing on comprehensively implementing logistics and technical tasks, the overall implementation results reached over 50% of the annual plan.

The emulation movement "Military Logistics Sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings" and the 50th Campaign, key programs, projects, plans, and tasks of logistics and engineering were promoted and implemented throughout the army; the order and regime of logistics and engineering work were strictly maintained; the system of warehouses, factories, and enterprises ensured safety, with no fire or explosion incidents.

In logistics, the entire army has organized to create resources, purchase materials, military equipment to ensure timely delivery of missions; well maintained 7 pilot models of Project QN-21. Production increase work has been promoted, the quality of soldiers' meals has been improved; the entire army has newly planted 1.6 million trees of all kinds.

Ensure adequate and timely supply of medicine and military medical supplies for missions; manage, care for and protect the health of soldiers; the rate of healthy soldiers reached 99.17% (exceeding the target by 0.67%). Well perform the tasks assigned by the Ministry of National Defense in earthquake disaster relief in Myanmar.

Organize transportation, mobilize forces, transport materials, and technical equipment for missions according to plan, ensuring safety. The entire army transported nearly 700,000 tons of materials of all kinds, more than 860,000 people; for mission A50 alone, nearly 120,000 people and nearly 900 tons of materials were transported.

In technical assurance work, the entire army has deployed 38 acceptance councils of the Ministry of National Defense to accept purchased, produced, and improved weapons and technical equipment. Units strictly implement the reception, distribution, recall, transfer, and handling of weapons and technical equipment according to plan.

Technical assurance work for technical equipment has been deployed synchronously and effectively; regulations on exploitation and use of technical equipment have been strictly implemented; preservation, maintenance, repair and storage of technical equipment have been proactively deployed according to decentralization. The General Department of Logistics and Technology and specialized sectors have directed the implementation of technical assurance work for technical equipment performing A50 and A80 tasks.

Regarding the key tasks for the last 6 months of the year, Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh requested the Logistics - Engineering sector of the entire army to continue to research, forecast, and correctly assess the world and domestic situation related to logistics and engineering work, especially the impact of military conflicts in the world; the reality of logistics and engineering work to propose appropriate assurance methods.

Advise on the development of projects, programs, and logistics and technical plans to implement the Resolution of the 12th Military Party Congress; research and propose amendments to the Government's Decree regulating logistics material standards for active soldiers, defense workers and civil servants to suit the needs and actual situation.

The organization ensures adequate and timely equipment and logistics for tasks, focusing on ensuring training, combat readiness, disaster prevention and control, search and rescue, party congresses at all levels, A80 tasks, drills and emergency tasks.

Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh noted that the Logistics - Engineering sector of the entire army continues to promote digital transformation, enhance the application of science and technology in logistics and engineering work; speed up the progress and quality of building electronic health records for soldiers and electronic medical records at military hospitals.
