Each plot of land in Doc Tranh area, Trach My Loc commune has an area ranging from 96 to nearly 149 square meters.
With a starting price of 23.4 million VND/m2, the equivalent deposit that auction participants must pay will be from 450 million to nearly 700 million VND/plot.

According to a representative of the Land Fund Development Center of Phuc Tho district, the district received a total of 650 valid registration dossiers to participate in the auction and more than 350 people came to participate in the live auction.
According to Nguoi Dua Tin , the winning bid for the 39 plots of land listed above ranges from 24 million VND/m2 to 60 million VND/m2. Thus, with the winning bid ranging from 24 million VND/m2 to 60 million VND/m2, the final winning bid is only 1 million VND or more different from the initial starting price.
With the highest winning price of 60 million VND/m2, only 1 investor paid the above price for land lot DG06 with an area of 148.95m2.
