In the early days of starting her business, Ms. Hoang Thi Tan had to face countless obstacles when choosing the path of producing clean agricultural products. The biggest difficulty that she and her colleagues encountered was investing in a closed production line, independent of the weather, ensuring that the products are always fresh, delicious and safe.
To achieve that, she spent a lot of time researching, testing, and continuously improving to create delicious, chewy noodles and flavorful tea leaves. Another barrier is the product price.
The products of Tam Tra Thai Cooperative have strict production processes and are of high quality, but their selling prices are much higher than similar products on the market. It is not easy to convince consumers to pay a high price for the product.
Ms. Tan did not hesitate to go to every supermarket and trade fair to introduce products, patiently sowing trust little by little.

Ms. Tan shared: "Customers can buy the first time out of trust, but they will come back a second or third time thanks to the quality." That business philosophy has become a guiding principle, helping her persevere, not following the easy path or quick profit. Ms. Tan always emphasizes the importance of learning and knowledge.

Therefore, she actively participates in classes on digital transformation, marketing, sales, and participates in activities of related associations.

Ms. Hoang Thi Tan shared: "For me, real products, real quality, real prices will win over consumers. Clean agricultural production cannot be done quickly or hastily, but requires a solid foundation, a long-term vision and most importantly, the "heart" in each product."
Keeping the word "heart" in business is one of the core values that she pursues. That is the dedication to quality, sincerity to consumers and steadfastness in every step.
