Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed Decision No. 515/QD-TTg dated March 4, 2025 appointing Mr. Pham Manh Cuong, Director of the Department of Agriculture, Government Office, to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Government Office.

Mr. Pham Manh Cuong was born in 1971, hometown: Nam Truc, Nam Dinh . He is a Doctor of Agricultural Science (at Goettingen University - Germany), Master of Natural Resource Management (at Asian Institute of Technology), Bachelor of General Silviculture (at Vietnam Forestry University).

Mr. Pham Manh Cuong is a well-trained officer with solid professional qualifications and over 30 years of experience working in local and central state management agencies (including over 20 years as a specialist and departmental leader at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, 02 years as Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Tuyen Quang province, 7 years as Head of Department at the Government Office). During his work, he has been awarded Certificates of Merit many times by the Prime Minister, Minister and Head of the Government Office, Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province.

Thus, the current leadership of the Government Office includes Minister and Director Tran Van Son and Deputy Directors: Mr. Nguyen Sy Hiep, Ms. Mai Thi Thu Van, Mr. Do Ngoc Huynh, Mr. Trinh Manh Linh and Mr. Pham Manh Cuong./.
