Vietnam News Agency supports the removal of two temporary houses in Son Duong district

- On June 28, a working delegation of the Vietnam News Agency (VNA) led by Mr. Vu Viet Trang, Party Secretary and General Director of VNA, visited, worked with and presented support to remove temporary and dilapidated houses to 2 families in difficult circumstances in Trung Yen commune (Son Duong).

VNA General Director Vu Viet Trang and the delegation inaugurated the new house built with financial support from VNA.

The two houses of Mr. Nguyen Van Tich and Mrs. Dam Thi Xu in Hoang Lau village, Trung Yen commune, which were supported by VNA to start construction more than 2 months ago with a total cost of 120 million VND, have now been completed and put into use. This has helped stabilize the families' lives and create motivation to move forward.

In recent times, in addition to carrying out the information mission of the National News Agency, with the tradition of “helping each other”, VNA officials, civil servants and employees have regularly carried out meaningful and humane activities. In particular, responding to the movement to join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide under the direction of the Prime Minister , VNA officials, civil servants and employees have actively contributed to and supported the construction of houses and given gifts to poor households and households with housing difficulties in localities. Thereby demonstrating the responsibility of journalists towards the community and society.
