Speaking to review the glorious tradition of the Communist Party of Vietnam over the past 95 years and the spirit of solidarity and determination to contribute to building the province of the cadres and people of Phan Rang-Thap Cham City, Comrade Chau Thi Thanh Ha, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Phan Rang-Thap Cham City Party Committee affirmed: 2024 is identified as the year of acceleration, the year of breakthrough to complete all goals and targets of the term, with the attention, leadership and close direction of the Central, Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee, and the close coordination and support of provincial departments and branches; The City Party Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee have been determined and made efforts to concretize the direction and orientation of the Central and Provincial Party Committees with the motto of action "Solidarity - Discipline - Decisiveness - Flexibility - Creativity - Acceleration - Efficiency", focusing on innovation, creativity, promptly removing difficulties and bottlenecks, promoting the exploitation of potentials and advantages, promoting the will, mobilizing all resources and creative potentials of the People, bringing the Resolution of the Provincial Party Committee and the City Party Committee into life. This is also the year with the most outstanding highlights in the past 4 years; this is also the first year that the city has achieved and exceeded all the targets set out in the resolution: 16/16 targets have been achieved and exceeded the plan, of which 8 targets exceeded the plan in all fields.

Comrade Chau Thi Thanh Ha, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Phan Rang-Thap Cham City Party Committee, presented the decision to merge the Propaganda Department and the Mass Mobilization Department of the City Party Committee into the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Phan Rang-Thap Cham City Party Committee.
On this occasion, Phan Rang - Thap Cham City launched an emulation movement to successfully implement the socio-economic development plan, maintain national defense and security in 2025 and called on all cadres, civil servants, public employees, soldiers of the armed forces, all people and business community in the city to strengthen solidarity, join hands, make the highest efforts, overcome all difficulties and challenges, strive to excellently complete the targets and tasks of socio-economic development, national defense and security in 2025, make practical achievements to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Ninh Thuan , the liberation of the South and national reunification... Striving to build Phan Rang - Thap Cham City into a smart city, worthy of being the political, economic, cultural, scientific and technological center of the province on the path of innovation, integration and development.
