At the Public Administration Service Center of Hoa Thanh Ward, the youth union members and volunteers were present early, promptly supporting people, especially the elderly, or those who are not familiar with carrying out administrative procedures such as: Birth registration, household registration, real estate, etc.

This support contributes to helping the reception and processing of documents at the local level to be quick and accurate, demonstrating the sense of responsibility and initiative of young people in accompanying the government to build a modern administration to serve the people.

Joining the volunteer force, Tran Quang Hung feels very happy and proud to contribute his youth to support the locality in implementing the 2-level government model. "I hope to participate in more volunteer activities" - Hung said.

As a resident of Long Thanh Nam commune (old), when coming to change personal documents at the Ward Public Administration Service Center, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Duong (residing in Long Chi quarter) was guided by young volunteers on how to fill out the declaration form accurately and with full information. Thanks to that, the time to complete his documents was faster.

After merging from Long Thanh Trung ward and Long Thanh Nam commune (old Hoa Thanh town), Hoa Thanh ward has an area of ​​nearly 20.5 km² and a population of more than 40,000 people.
