On July 4, Colonel Lam Phuoc Nguyen, Director of Dong Thap Provincial Police, along with leaders of provincial departments and branches, inspected and supervised the activities of Cao Lanh ward.

Cao Lanh Ward was established on the basis of merging and consolidating 9 commune-level administrative units of Cao Lanh city, with a natural area of ​​73.33 km², the ward has 33,909 households and a population of 137,387 people.

Mr. Bui Quoc Nam, Chairman of Cao Lanh Ward People's Committee, said that to best serve the people, the ward has arranged 1 main office and 5 sub-offices of the Public Administration Service Center at the old offices of Ward 6 People's Committee, Tinh Thoi Commune, Hoa An Commune, Tan Thuan Tay Commune and Tan Thuan Dong Commune.

Since July 1, the Public Administration Service Center has received and processed more than 3,082 files, mainly in the judicial field, and always ensures timely resolution and return of results to the people.

According to the Chairman of Cao Lanh Ward People's Committee, the sudden increase in workload is also a big challenge. The number of individuals and businesses coming to transact has increased sharply, there are many types of administrative procedures that are not on the list such as confirmation of legal residence, confirmation of court testimony, confirmation of credit fund loan records, etc.

During the inspection, Colonel Lam Phuoc Nguyen highly appreciated the very positive results achieved. The leaders of the Party Committee, government and professional departments of Cao Lanh Ward demonstrated a high sense of responsibility, worked effectively and closely coordinated, and created favorable conditions for Cao Lanh Ward Police to perform their tasks well.

From July 1 to now, the Public Administration Service Center has received and completed processing more than 3,082 applications.
