Bac Ninh police promptly assisted 20 children lost during the fireworks display

On the evening of July 4, a special art program and fireworks display to celebrate the establishment of the new Bac Ninh province took place at two locations: 3/2 Square (Bac Giang Ward) and Kinh Bac Cultural Center (Vu Ninh Ward, Bac Ninh City).
