On this occasion, Hoi An's booth organized many cultural exchange and tourism promotion activities such as: introducing information about Hoi An culture and tourism; displaying images of Hoi An and Japan's cooperation; exchange programs, art performances.
Here, visitors can also participate in free experiential activities: Instructions on making Hoi An lanterns; teaching Quang folk songs; enjoying free specialties of Hoi An green bean cake and Cu Lao Cham forest tea...
Participating in this festival is not only an opportunity to promote Hoi An culture and tourism, spreading the beauty of Hoi An to visitors, but also contributing to introducing Japanese imprints in Hoi An, promoting exchanges and strengthening the friendship between Vietnam and Japan.
This also contributes to promoting Hoi An as a member of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network, a place where international culture converges and is absorbed while still preserving the beauty of local traditions.
