Speaking at the opening ceremony, Comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, reviewed the heroic and proud history of the land of Bac Ninh - Kinh Bac - a land of talented people, emphasizing: Over the years, the two provinces of Bac Ninh and Bac Giang have made constant efforts to rise up, becoming dynamic growth poles of the key economic region of the North. The development process of the two provinces is a clear demonstration of the spirit of innovation, creativity, solidarity and strong aspiration to rise up.
The merger of the new Bac Ninh province not only has profound political and administrative significance but also opens up a large, sustainable and comprehensive development space. The new Bac Ninh has an area of 4,718 km², a population of over 3.6 million people, with 99 communes and wards. The economic scale is estimated at nearly 440,000 billion VND - ranking 5th national, being the northeastern gateway of the capital, connecting the development triangle of Hanoi - Hai Phong - Quang Ninh and the midland and mountainous regions of the North.
With its new strategic position, Bac Ninh province will be a modern industrial - urban - service - trade - logistics center, the growth engine of the region and the whole country. This is also an opportunity for us to affirm our aspirations, political determination and responsibility to the people in building Bac Ninh into a centrally-governed city before 2030.

The art program "Bac Ninh - a thousand years of culture - Aspiration to rise in the new era" includes 3 chapters: Chapter 1: The flow of history - A thousand years of culture Chapter 2: From traditional craft villages to the industrial capital of the North. Chapter 3: Land of shining aspirations.
Elaborately staged, the program gathered the most famous artists from Bac Ninh along with artists who have been close to and associated with Bac Ninh over the years. They are People's Artist Quoc Hung, People's Artist Thuy Huong, Meritorious Artist Luong Huy, Singer Trong Tan and singers: Hoa Minzy, Duong Hoang Yen, Bao Tram, Bui Le Man...
One of the most special highlights of the program is the record-breaking performance, gathering more than 1,500 artists, extras, students from schools and art troupes in the province, performing vibrantly and youthfully to the new song "Bac Bling" - a composition with a modern feel but still imbued with the traditional culture of Kinh Bac countryside. This is the first time a large-scale performance has been elaborately staged, with high community cohesion, spreading the spirit of "Solidarity - Pride - Integration - Development" of Kinh Bac homeland.
The program also features a Drone Light performance combined with brilliant artistic fireworks, as a congratulation to Bac Ninh province. Under the brilliant light of the outdoor stage, combined with the Dronelight effect, the magnificent high-altitude fireworks and for the first time in Bac Ninh: outdoor Hologram performance technology combined with modern 3D mapping projection brought an impressive experience, vividly recreating the depth of history, culture and aspirations for innovation and integration of Kinh Bac homeland.
