There will be a bus route connecting the new Political - Administrative Center of Hai Phong City - Do Son

The adjustment of bus route No. 03 aims to serve passengers, people, officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers in Hai Phong City who need to travel and move more conveniently.

The Department of Construction of Hai Phong City has just announced the approval of the plan to adjust bus route No. 03: Da Nang Hotel (427 Da Nang Street, Hai Phong) - Do Son to route: City Political - Administrative Center - Do Son and vice versa.

The bus route will operate from July 14, 2025 with a frequency of 15 minutes/trip during peak hours and 30 minutes/trip during off-peak hours. The opening time at the Political - Administrative Center is 5:00 a.m. and at Do Son is 6:00 a.m.; the closing time is 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., respectively.

The route distance is 33 km, the ticket price for the whole route is 30,000 VND/trip, the ticket for each leg is 25,000 VND/trip (applied to Dong Neo intersection).

Outbound itinerary: City Political - Administrative Center (Tran Kien Street) - Do Muoi Street - Nguyen Tri Phuong Street (Lac Long Bridge Flower Garden) - Dien Bien Phu Street - Dinh Tien Hoang Street - Tran Phu Street - Pham Ngu Lao Street (Nguyen Binh Khiem Flower Garden) - Tran Hung Dao Street - Quang Trung Street - Me Linh Street - To Hieu Street - Lach Tray Street - Pham Van Dong Street - Ly Thanh Tong Street - Ben Nghieng.

Afternoon trip to Ben Nghieng - Ben Thoc - Ly Thanh Tong street - Pham Van Dong street - Lach Tray street - Cau Dat street - Tran Phu street - Pham Ngu Lao street (Nguyen Binh Khiem flower garden) - Tran Hung Dao street - Hoang Van Thu street - Hoang Van Thu bridge - Do Muoi street - Tran Kien street (City's Political - Administrative Center).

The Department of Construction assigned specialized departments and units to review and adjust the traffic signal system on the route; inspect and monitor the operation of bus route No. 03 according to the approved adjustment plan; coordinate with Thinh Hung Transport Company Limited to supplement information on the bus route at the starting point, the end point and the stops on the route; to be completed before July 10.

The adjustment of bus route No. 03 aims to serve passengers, people, officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers in Hai Phong City who need to travel and move more conveniently when the city's new Political - Administrative Center officially comes into operation from July 1.
