The program is an opportunity to promote the unique cultural traditions and cultural features of the thousand-year-old capital Hanoi, introduce the beauty of the land and people of the elegant and civilized capital, the glorious, heroic, peaceful and friendly historical traditions of the City for Peace and the Creative City.
This is also an opportunity for the two cities to exchange culture, tourism, trade, promote craft village products, agricultural products, and strengthen cooperative relationships.
Hanoi People's Committee is focusing on propaganda work before, during and after this program.
Accordingly, the city will provide bold, complete and accurate information about the activities and cooperative relationships between the capital Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City and the provinces of the Southeast and the Mekong Delta.
