At the meeting, Secretary of the Nam Gia Nghia Ward Party Committee Ngo Duc Trong reported on the implementation of the two-level local government model in the locality.
After its establishment, the Nam Gia Nghia Ward Party Committee consists of 41 subordinate Party cells with 696 Party members. The Executive Committee constitutes of 22 comrades, the Standing Committee of 11 comrades, and the Standing Party Committee of 3 comrades; at the same time, specialized agencies under the Ward Party Committee were established.
Up to now, the work of organizing and building the Party and the political system in Nam Gia Nghia ward has basically been put into effective operation, achieved initial results and gradually entered stable operation.
The first term People's Council of the ward, term 2021-2026, held its first session and voted to pass 12 resolutions, creating a premise for the local government apparatus to operate effectively and efficiently.
In addition to the organization and personnel work, the Ward People's Committee has proactively completed the arrangement of facilities to ensure the operation of the Ward People's Committee headquarters, the Public Administration Service Center, the Citizen Reception Committee, etc. At the same time, it has focused on resolving administrative procedures for people and organizations, individuals, and businesses, without interrupting administrative procedures when implementing the two-level local government model.
The ward public administration service center has synchronized equipment for receiving and returning administrative procedure results (computers, printers, scanners, photocopiers; digital devices, surveillance cameras, automatic kiosks, queue numbering devices...). The working space has enough area and is reasonably arranged to create favorable conditions for people to come to transact as well as those working at the Center.
Speaking at the meeting, comrade Luu Van Trung requested the Party Committee of Nam Gia Nghia ward to focus on smooth operation, improve the efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency of the two-level local government; not to leave vacant areas, pay attention to quickly resolving administrative procedures for people, especially in the field of land.
The Party Committee and the government of Nam Gia Nghia Ward promote the spirit of solidarity, innovation, and flexibility in management to serve the people better and better. Each cadre and civil servant must be truly close to the people, understand the people, and fulfill their responsibilities to the people.
Regarding the preparation for the organization of the 1st Ward Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, based on the draft documents of 2 wards and 1 commune of Gia Nghia City before, the Ward Party Committee needs to proactively develop a draft Political Report with specific and practical targets and solutions, ensuring Party spirit, combativeness, and high considerations.
In particular, the targets and tasks must closely follow the goals and directions of efforts to contribute to Lam Dong province in realizing the growth target of double digits or more.
The Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee proactively researched and contributed comments to the Draft Documents of the Provincial Party Congress to ensure quality. Propaganda work on Party Congresses at all levels needs to be carried out in a diverse and rich manner to contribute to creating consensus among Party members and the People.
Previously, comrade Luu Van Trung inspected the actual situation and grasped the operational situation at the Public Administration Service Center of Nam Gia Nghia Ward; at the same time, he talked with people when they came to do administrative procedures here.
Through understanding, comrade Luu Van Trung requested Nam Gia Nghia ward to focus on immediately resolving existing problems and difficulties in the process of handling public administrative procedures for people and businesses, especially not making people wait for long.
