At the conference, representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on the establishment and personnel decisions of advisory agencies and public service units under the Provincial Party Committee, including: Provincial Party Committee Office, Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, Provincial Political School, Gia Lai Newspaper and Radio and Television, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.

Accordingly, Mr. Pham Van Nam was appointed as Director of the Department of Education and Training. Deputy Directors include Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hung, Mr. Vo Ngoc Sy, Mr. Dang Van Phung, Mr. Nguyen Van Long, Mr. Tran Ba ​​Cong, and Mr. Tran Thanh Hai.
