Pursuant to Document No. 139/KH-UBND dated September 15, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee on the Plan to organize the 4th "Hoa Lu Beauty" Contest - 2024, the Department of Culture and Sports has developed a Plan to organize the 4th "Hoa Lu Beauty" Contest - 2024 with specific contents.
Accordingly, the contest will be held from February to August 2024 in Ninh Binh city. Contestants: female Vietnamese citizens studying, working, working in Ninh Binh province or whose hometown is in Ninh Binh province and who are studying, working, working outside the province, meeting the conditions as prescribed by the Contest Organizing Committee.
The contest consists of 3 rounds: preliminary, preliminary and final.
Preliminary round : Reviewing application documents; measuring physical indicators (height, weight, 3-round measurements); interviewing to test understanding, communication skills, behavior, etc. Expected to be held from July 20 to July 21, 2024).
Preliminary round: Contestants compete in traditional ao dai, costumes of their choice, and swimsuits. The jury will select the 25 best contestants for the final round. Expected to take place between August 3 and August 4, 2024.
Final round: Top 25 contestants enter the common house to carry out community activities and promote tourism in Ninh Binh province according to the plan of the Organizing Committee of the Contest such as: Taking photos in Ao Dai at some relics, famous landscapes and scenic spots in the province; participating in charity activities; competing in the Talent contest; swimsuit contest; performing on stage at the final night (including Vietnamese Ao Dai, swimsuit and self-selected costumes); behavioral contest (The Jury will select the 5 best contestants for the behavioral contest).
The final round is scheduled to take place between August 16 and August 31, 2024.
The Organizing Committee of the Contest will award the following titles and prizes: Miss Hoa Lu (Crown, Certificate with prize money); Miss Hoa Lu second (Certificate with prize money); Miss Hoa Lu third (Certificate with prize money). The official titles of the Contest will be nominated to participate in the Miss Vietnam contest.
In addition, the contest also has other awards and titles: Talented Beauty; Beauty with the most lovely face; Beauty with the best behavior; Beauty wearing the most beautiful Ao Dai; Beauty wearing the most beautiful costume of her own choice; Beauty wearing the most beautiful swimsuit; Friendly Beauty; Photogenic Beauty...
Through organizing the contest to honor and enhance the beauty of body, soul, talent and intelligence of young women in the ancient capital of Hoa Lu - Ninh Binh; arouse compassion, love for homeland and country, especially for the young generation in preserving and promoting the traditional values of women in the ancient capital of Hoa Lu - Ninh Binh; aesthetic education, affirm, honor and enhance the beauty of body, soul, talent and intelligence of young women in the ancient capital of Hoa Lu - Ninh Binh in the period of accelerating industrialization and modernization.
Through the Contest, we aim to promote and honor the image of Ninh Binh land and people, contributing to the propaganda and promotion of famous relics and landscapes of the province, especially Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex - World Cultural and Natural Heritage to a large number of people and tourists inside and outside the province.
