
At around 7am, all officials and civil servants were present, ready for the first working day under the new model. People coming to do administrative procedures no longer have to wait or go to many places. Thanks to the “one-stop” model concentrated at the Public Administration Service Center, the process of processing documents is smooth and fast, helping people save time and money.

Ms. Nguyen Truc Xuyen, a resident of Dong Xoai Ward, excitedly shared: “I fully support the streamlining of the apparatus. Previously, there were procedures that had to be done in the city, which was very time-consuming. Now, they can be done at the ward, which is very convenient and much closer to the people.”

Mr. Vu Van Muoi, Secretary of the Dong Xoai Ward Party Committee, affirmed: People need not only quick procedures but also clarity and dedication in each step of implementation. We have reviewed the entire process, rearranged the team in a specialized direction, ensuring that each officer clearly understands the job position and effectively handles each area of responsibility.



Not only providing administrative services, the Public Administration Service Center also acts as a bridge between the government and the people. Here, people's opinions and suggestions are received and processed in accordance with regulations, contributing to building a transparent government close to the people.
