During thunderstorms, beware of strong gusts of wind and tornadoes. Southwest wind level 2, coastal winds sometimes level 3. Rainfall is generally 5-50mm/24h, in some places over 50mm/24h. During thunderstorms, beware of lightning, hail, strong gusts of wind level 6 and above level 6. Natural disaster risk level due to heavy rain, tornadoes, lightning and hail: level 1.

Warning: From tomorrow (September 4), the rain will decrease in area. The sky will be cloudy, sunny during the day, with showers covering 2/3 of the province in the afternoon and evening, with some places experiencing moderate to heavy rain. Around September 6-7, heavy rain and widespread rain are likely to reappear. Heavy rain can increase the possibility of flooding in low-lying areas and urban areas with poor drainage systems; tornadoes and lightning can cause tree collapse, damage to crops, people, property and other negative impacts on production activities, so it is necessary to pay attention to monitoring and prevention.
