Should I study abroad in China or Europe?

I like China so I want to study abroad here, but my parents advised me to choose Europe because they think this area is better.

I am a 12th grade student. Since last year, I have intended to study abroad in China, majoring in International ChineseEducation . I have studied Chinese for nearly a year, preparing for the HSK certificate exam.

However, I am a bit hesitant because many of my classmates choose to go to European countries. My parents also advised me to go to Europe because they think this is a good choice, with better conditions for development.

With the International Chinese Education major, should I study in Europe or stay in Vietnam? Or should studying abroad in China be the top priority? My family is not well off, so studying abroad with a difficult outcome is something I am considering.
