MK News and many Korean newspapers reported that singer Jaehyun passed away on June 29 after a long battle with leukemia, at the age of 23.
According to relatives, Jaehyun had been in stable health for a while, but his condition suddenly took a turn for the worse last June.
Jaehyun's family confirmed his death on June 29 but it was not widely known. Korean media reported the news today, July 2, after singer Hojun - who used to work in the same group as Jaehyun - shared his condolences on Instagram.

Specifically, Hojun wrote: "Jaehyun, I heard the news too late. I'm so sorry for not being with you on the final journey. Sometimes I think I could have done better and that's a shame. I hope you can let go of all your worries and live comfortably there. Thank you for the past five years. I hope you're eating lots of delicious food and living well there. Please visit me in your dreams."
Jaehyun was born in 2002, debuted as the youngest member and main vocalist of the group F.ABLE under Haeirum Entertainment in June 2020 with 2 songs Burn it up and Run run run .
After a period of operation, the group did not achieve the expected results. Around mid-2023, F.ABLE stopped operating, Jaehyun has almost not appeared in showbiz since then.
Although there was no official announcement, the fact that the remaining 3 members, except Jaehyun, debuted in a new group called ENPHAZE almost confirmed that F.ABLE had disbanded.
