Specifically, in 2025, tuition fees for majors in the following groups: Social Sciences and Humanities; Business and Management; Law; Social Work; Tourism; Hospitality range from 8 - 8.1 million VND/semester. Majors in Public Relations; Multimedia Communications are 8.6 million VND/semester. Majors in the groups of Life Sciences; Computers and Information Technology; Engineering Technology; Production and Processing; Architecture and Construction; Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries have tuition fees of about 8.5 - 8.8 million VND/semester.

Graphic Design major: 13.3 million VND/semester; Veterinary Medicine major: 6.6 million VND/semester. For the health majors (Nursing; Medical Laboratory Technology; Medical Imaging Technology), it is 11.6 million VND/semester; Medicine major: 34 million VND/semester; Traditional Medicine major: 30.5 million VND/semester; Dentistry major: 39 million VND/semester; Pharmacy major: 18.75 million VND/semester; Midwifery major: 14 million VND/semester.

In particular, in 2025, the school has many tuition exemption policies for new students. Candidates admitted to the school will have the opportunity to receive a tuition reduction of 20 - 50% of the first semester tuition fee of the first year. Also in 2025, Cuu Long University will award full scholarships (100% tuition exemption) to new Khmer ethnic students in provinces and cities in the Mekong Delta with a large Khmer population. New students enrolling in full-time university training programs in 2025 (except for Medicine, Traditional Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy), with 46 scholarships, totaling about 5 billion VND.
