At the meeting, decisions on personnel work of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee after the merger were announced; the process of deploying, building, and organizing the implementation of the Project on merging the agencies of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations and mass organizations assigned by the Party and the State at the provincial level was reported; opinions were unanimously given on the Draft Decision promulgating the Working Regulations of the Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, term 2024 - 2029; Draft Decision promulgating the Regulations on organization and operation of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Draft Regulations on expenditures and internal expenditure norms of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
After the merger, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province has 1 Chairman, 1 Permanent Vice Chairman; 7 Vice Chairmen; the organizational structure includes 10 specialized departments and 1 affiliated unit, with a total of 197 cadres, civil servants and employees.

At the conference, delegates showed determination, solidarity and readiness to immediately begin implementing post-merger tasks.
Speaking at the end of the session, comrade Ma The Hong thanked and acknowledged all opinions of the delegates. The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Provincial Committee will receive and complete the documents for implementation.
Faced with new task requirements, he requested to focus on performing well a number of key tasks such as: Continuing to promote information and propaganda work to union members, association members and people on streamlining the organization of the political system, arranging administrative units and merging Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang provinces to create consensus among the people.
Strengthening the application of technology and digital transformation in the activities of the Front and socio-political organizations; training, fostering and coaching staff and civil servants to meet task requirements; paying attention to promptly resolving policies and regimes for staff and civil servants directly affected by the merger.
Timely grasp the situation, remove difficulties in the process of operating the new apparatus and improve the quality of patriotic emulation movements and campaigns, strengthen the role of the Front in supervision and social criticism in the context of operating a two-level local government.

Receive mass organizations assigned by the Party and State; preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Party Committee and functional agencies to arrange mass organizations to ensure consistency from the central to local levels.
The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee requested the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee to well perform its role of leading the Party in the activities of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front. Prepare well the conditions to successfully organize the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress, the Congress of socio-political organizations for the new term; prepare the conditions to participate in organizing the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
