“With the belief that every smile of a disabled person is a joy”, the staff of the Center for Care of the Disabled (Hanoi Department of Health) always considers these vulnerable people as friends and family members, giving them the most sincere love and affection, nurturing and caring for them... Therefore, this place is always filled with laughter, a warm home for the disabled in the capital.

Hanoi Center for Care of the Disabled is caring for and nurturing more than 300 people with severe disabilities in the city.

Ms. Do Thi Thanh (officer of the Department of Health and Rehabilitation) shared: “We closely monitor and focus on health care to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities. We carefully support the training, ensuring that people with disabilities have the most comfortable spirit and feeling when training.”
