The Division has thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented the directives, orders, orders, and regulations of all levels on combat readiness and airspace management; organized combat readiness in accordance with regulations, put automated command posts and new and improved equipment into combat duty to ensure the completion of tasks. Regularly coordinated closely with the Party Committee, the government, Naval Region 4, and friendly units. The combat document system was fully and promptly supplemented. The construction of a situation bank and training on a modern system has improved the qualifications of combat crews of command posts at all levels.

The quality and capability of the Division's combat readiness and air defense were improved, closely managing flight operations in the area, avoiding passivity and surprise. 116/116 combat readiness teams achieved the title of "Good combat readiness unit", successfully completing combat readiness tasks during peak periods. Tactical and command-staff exercises were organized on a large scale and systematically; participation in exercises directed by the Service and the Ministry of National Defense achieved good results; contributing to improving the ability to handle situations close to the reality of air defense operations, especially in the sea and on islands.

Along with the combat readiness mission, the Division attaches special importance to training to continuously improve the level and ability to master new weapons and technical equipment. Training is conducted synchronously, comprehensively, with focus and key points. Training of officers, combat crews, night training, tactical teams and command training is emphasized. The Division proactively builds training content to exploit and use new and improved equipment to help officers and technicians gradually master new and improved equipment such as: Spyder missiles, S-125VT; ELM-2288/ER radar, VRS-2DMI. With a positive and proactive spirit in training, 3/3 regiments, nearly 98% of squads were recognized as "Excellent training units"; many officers and soldiers won high prizes in sports and competitions at all levels.

The work of building a strong and comprehensive "exemplary and typical" Division has also been focused on. Party committees and commanders at all levels in the Division have proactively implemented many measures to build discipline, manage discipline and ensure safety. Political education and ideological management have had many innovations, with 84.42% of political awareness tests being good and excellent. Emulation and reward work and the "Determined to Win" Emulation Movement have achieved practical results, with thousands of collectives and individuals being commended. Mass mobilization work has achieved good results, especially in participating in the construction of new rural areas. The Division has performed well in logistics, technical and financial work to promptly meet mission requirements.

The Party Committee of Division 377 has paid attention to the work of Party building, led, directed, and seriously organized and achieved many positive results. The Standing Committee, the Party Committee of the Division and Party committees and cells at all levels always thoroughly grasp the resolutions and directives of the Party, firmly adhere to Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought. Nine political and ideological activities were well organized throughout the Party Committee. The contingent of cadres and Party members has a strong political stance, with no signs of "self-evolution" or "self-transformation" within the Party.

The entire Party Committee has effectively carried out the study and follow of Uncle Ho, in conjunction with the implementation of Resolution No. 847-NQ/QUTW dated December 28, 2021 of the Central Military Commission, Directive No. 855-CT/QUTW dated August 12, 2019 of the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission, creating a clear change in awareness and action. Along with that, the Party Committee of the Division has led the strict maintenance of Party discipline and regime; seriously implemented the annual review, evaluation, and classification of Party organizations, cadres, and Party members; and Party development work has been carried out closely. The work of inspection, supervision, and enforcement of Party discipline has thoroughly grasped and strictly implemented resolutions, decisions, and regulations at all levels.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of Division 377 determined to continue to thoroughly grasp the direction of superiors, leading the unit to well implement 3 breakthroughs: Improving the quality of combat readiness, military management, and the level of combat crews; training to master new and improved technical equipment. Improving the quality of regular construction, discipline management, ensuring safety in all activities. Promoting the application of science, technology, administrative reform and digital transformation in the Division.

The officers, staff and soldiers of the Division are determined to strive, overcome all difficulties, and fully complete the targets and tasks set forth in the Resolution of the 11th Party Congress of Division 377 for the 2025-2030 term, building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite and modern Division, firmly managing and protecting the airspace, not being passive, surprised, or missing opportunities, especially in the sea and island direction; ready to receive and excellently complete all assigned tasks.
