Leaders of countries believe that Vietnam will overcome difficulties after storm No. 3

In recent days, upon hearing that storm No. 3 has seriously affected several northern provinces, leaders of various countries and several international organizations have sent messages of condolences to the leaders of the Party, State and people of Vietnam.

According to the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs on September 13, in a message of condolence, Chinese Premier Li Qiang expressed his deep sympathy and sincere regards to the people in the affected areas. He expressed his belief that under the leadership of the Party and Government of Vietnam, the people in the affected areas will definitely overcome the natural disaster and soon restore normal life and production. The Central Executive Committee of the Cambodian People's Party expressed its wish that the Vietnamese people will soon overcome the painful losses and stabilize their lives. The Cambodian side also expressed its firm belief that under the wise leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam , the Vietnamese people will definitely overcome all difficulties. First Secretary and President of Cuba Miguel Diaz-Canel sent his deep condolences to the Party, State and people of Vietnam, affirming the solidarity between the two countries and Cuba's readiness to support Vietnam in this difficult time. Chairman of the United Russia Party and Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev sent condolences to the families and loved ones of those who died and wished the victims a speedy recovery. President of the Republic of Korea Yoon Suk Yeol, on behalf of the Government and people of the Republic of Korea, sent his deepest condolences to the people of Vietnam. He also wished Vietnam to soon overcome the consequences of the storm and quickly return to normal life. Prime Minister of Japan Kishida Fumio sent his most sincere encouragement to people affected by the storm. The Japanese leader hoped that the affected localities would soon overcome difficulties and restore production, and emphasized that the Government of Japan always stands by and is ready to support Vietnam in overcoming the consequences of the storm. President of France Emmanuel Macron expressed solidarity with Vietnam over the damage caused by Typhoon Yagi and affirmed that France is ready to support Vietnam in overcoming the consequences of the storm. Also according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs , President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of Mongolia Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh, President of Mozambique Filipe Nyusi, President of Nicaragua Daniel Ortega Saavedra, President of Palestine, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization Mahmoud Abbas, President of Finland Alexander Stubb, President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and UNESCO also sent letters and telegrams of condolences for the losses and severe impacts of storm No. 3 on the country and people of Vietnam.
On this occasion, the Foreign Ministers of China, Cuba, South Korea, Japan and Hungary sent messages of condolences to Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son.
