Coming from a family, there is a tradition of cheo singing in Khuoc village, since childhood, Vu Van Thin has been taught by his father, the late artisan Vu Van Phu and the famous artisans of Kham village. Passionate about art, he is now one of the artisans who master the 12 ancient rowing tunes of Kham village, can both perform and sing and use the typical musical instruments of rowing arts such as cricket drum, rice drum, mo, Thanh La. The number of students taught by Vu Van Thin has reached hundreds of people in many clubs in the province. These successes, according to him: "All are from love for the profession, want to keep the profession of the elderly." He is always heavy "How to keep the team? The only way is with the artisans in the village to continue teaching the next generation to row the village of Kham village."
The teaching of the ancient capital of Khong Mai village is always a concern of the artist Cao Thi Bong, the son of the late folk artist Cao Kim Trach. She shared: Inheriting from her father the ancient cheo, the folk excerpts of the Kham village, I taught the youth of the village and the commune, especially the children, I have opened 3 classes to teach 30 children to sing cheo. Diversified forms of teaching
Founded from the hobbies, needs, and desire to have a useful and meaningful playground of the people, in recent years, the rowing clubs have been established and operate exciting in many localities in the province. Supported for living, training, mobilizing socialization funds and contributed by members, many clubs have invited People's Research and Agricultural Agriculture to teach rowing art. Besides, with a passion for cheo, the clubs also actively learn, research, build and build plays. Cheo dance training courses at the grassroots level organized by the provincial Cultural Center, the Cultural and Sports Center of districts and cities are also an effective and practical place for rowing arts.

Over the past 20 years, Quoc Tuan Cheo Club (Kien Xuong) was built by Mr. Pham Ngoc Nhu to work regularly and effectively. In addition to the enthusiasm of the members, the club was fostered by the district cultural and sports center, the district's rowing club. Currently, the club has arranged many ancient rowing plays: "Truong Vien", "The moon flute", "The couple" ... In 2023, Quoc Tuan Cheo Club was one of the district's rowing clubs training to build a pilot model to promote the art of cheo dance at the grassroots, fostering positive factors in the mass cultural movement.
Mr. Pham Ngoc Nhu, Chairman of Quoc Tuan Cheo Club shared: In recent years, the locality has completed cultural institutions such as village cultural houses, commune cultural houses have created favorable conditions for the club to have a place to practice from which to spread the love of rowing in people. Every month, the club has regular activities at the commune cultural house to practice, meet and meet, share experiences and techniques of cheo dance.
Along with the activities of consolidating and developing existing Cheo clubs into model sites in the province, the cultural sector actively coordinates with localities to restore and maintain Cheo club activities at ancient Cheo theaters.
At Cheo Ha Xa village, Tan Le commune (Hung Ha), to establish a Cheo Club, 40 members of all ages, have a passion for Cheo's art from lecturers from the provincial College of Culture and Arts, Cheo Theater, District Sports and Culture Center taught some typical excerpts and ancient cheo tunes; The basic skills of singing, dancing, practicing dance repertoire and using some instruments for rowing performances. After the process of being trained and guided, Ha Xa Cheo Club maintained regular operation and contributed many performances at local programs.
