The conference announced the decision to establish an Office under the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Inspection Commission; appointed comrade Phan Minh Trung to hold the position of Chief of Office of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Inspection Commission. The Deputy Chiefs of Office include comrades: Nguyen Thi Huyen Trang, Tran Nhat Dong, Nguyen Thai Binh .

Decision to establish Department I under the Inspection Commission of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee; appoint comrade Nguyen Thi Thuy Hanh to hold the position of Head of Department and Deputy Heads of Department: Truong Dang Khoa, Nguyen Thanh Phong, Nguyen Minh Khoi, Le Van Ha.

Speaking at the assignment, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Inspection Commission Vo Van Dung requested that departments quickly stabilize their organizational structure and staff to immediately get to work.
