On the morning of December 27, at the Center for VocationalEducation - Continuing Education (GDNN-GDTX) of Tan Son district, the 2024 Job Exchange, Career Counseling, Orientation and Labor Export was officially opened.
The event attracted the participation of 10 enterprises inside and outside the district. The enterprises provided consultation, job introduction, vocational training and labor export opportunities to more than 600 workers, students, union members and association members from communes in the district. This is a valuable opportunity for workers to access direct information about the labor market, find suitable jobs or choose vocational training to develop their careers.
At the trading floor, recruitment agencies provided detailed information on human resource needs, job positions, regulations, benefits and training programs. In particular, workers were also consulted on procedures related to labor export, thereby accessing potential international labor markets.
Delegates and students of Tan Son District Vocational Education and Training School attended the opening ceremony of the 2024 Job Exchange, Career Counseling and Orientation and Labor Export.
In addition to providing specific information, the Job Exchange also acts as an important bridge between businesses and workers and graduating students. The program helps the parties strengthen cooperation, solve human resource needs, meet the production and business requirements of recruiting units, and at the same time support workers to access the actual working environment, income levels, and related welfare policies.
In addition, the exchange also focuses on disseminating policies and laws related to labor, employment, vocational training and labor export.
