Online conference to guide the development of socio-economic indicators

On the morning of June 24, the Ministry of Finance held an online conference to deploy and guide the development of socio-economic indicators to serve the drafting of documents for the Provincial and Commune Party Congresses (new) for the 2025-2030 term. Attending the conference at the Quang Ninh bridge were representatives of departments, branches, People's Committees of communes and wards (new), the Provincial Statistics Office and statistical teams.

At the conference, delegates were introduced and guided on the construction of a system of socio -economic statistical indicators to serve the Party Congresses at the provincial and communal levels for the 2025-2030 term; methods for calculating the total product index in the province and centrally-run city; methods for calculating the index of the proportion of added value of the digital economy in the total product in the area; instructions for compiling the index of the growth rate of total product value in the area.

Delegates were also introduced to the content and methods of calculating human development index and per capita income index.

The conference is a practical activity for departments, branches and localities to deploy the development of socio-economic targets in the documents of the Provincial and Commune Party Congresses (new) for the 2025-2030 term, close to reality, suitable to the situation, ensuring effective implementation.
