From June 20 to July 10, people and tourists coming to Cat Ba will have the opportunity to experience the "Green Island Symphony" extreme sports art show combined with fireworks.

Not only did the show wow visitors, it also helped to “awaken” the island’s nightlife. Since the show began, Cat Ba’s central square has welcomed thousands of visitors every night. On peak days alone, up to 7,000 visitors flocked to the central bay – a record number for the summer so far.

Not only tourists, Cat Ba people also look forward to the show every night as a new habit. Families take the opportunity to take their children out, the elderly leisurely stroll, feeling a new Cat Ba every day.

From a business perspective, Ms. Ngoc Thoa, owner of a small restaurant right next to the Central Square, also clearly feels the change: “Previously, visitors to Cat Ba mainly went on tours and returned early. Since the square with shows, night markets, and new restaurants has opened, people stay later, even staying an extra night. My restaurant’s sales have doubled, and on weekends there are sometimes no seats left.”
